A Forest of Stars - God
They call themselves “The Gentleman’s Club, A FOREST OF STARS”, and their style is utterly their own. This British “steam-powered” Victorian-themed psychedelic black metal band combines your generic black metal style with melancholic violin and chilling shrieks and chilling female vocals to create something that truly is unique. They opt for a sophisticated and intelligent take on a genre usually characterized by brutality and rawness.
This has got to be one of my favourite musical finds of the past few months. In fact, I intend to see them live very soon. Get their debut albumThe Corpse of RebirthASAP!
